I scheduled an oil change and was then presented with a list of things that needed to be done on my vehicle. I agreed to have the other servicing done like wheel alignment, tire rotation and filter change. When this was almost complete, I was presented with another list of things that needed to be done which would cost an additional $300, and I declined. When it was time to pay using a credit card, I was told there is a 3% surcharge. I was told there was a surcharge because I get rewards on my credit card. I was so disappointed because I don't get rewards when I use my card at Toyota. I had to use my debit card because I couldn't afford the surcharge. There should not be a 3% surcharge for using credit cards. Toyota, please look into this as you will lose customers.

I have had the best experience ever buying my truck from Toyota Boardman. First, I started a chat then it turned into a text which was fine by me. I received information on the truck style my husband and I were interested in, was invited to stop in the next day. We took a ride to see the trucks that were on the lot, then there she was, a black Tundra Limited. We came home and I asked a few questions thinking I would get an answer the next day, but nope, Jason answered my questions. He was absolutely wonderful! His team, Jessica, Dave, Cornell were all great as well. The sale was seamless. If you’re not serious about buying a vehicle, this may sound annoying to you, but it was wonderful for us.

Great experience! Our sale associate Nick Rushwin was amazing! We couldn't find a Grand Highlander in stock at any of our local Toyota Dealerships, nobody seemed eager to help us. We called Toyota of Boardman , Nick answered the phone and was very accommodating. We got there an hour before they closed and was able to buy exactly what we wanted, he and the finance manager Taylor stayed after hours to make sure everything was done.
